My Valentine is my husband of 16 years, who I recently discovered shouldn’t have gluten in his diet. We’ve always wondered why eating certain foods triggered asthma attacks. After getting fed up with all the trips to the ER and the “maintenance” meds, we decided to strike out on our own for a more wholistic approach to battling the asthma. We found out that gluten based products not only triggered his asthma but also caused inflammation in the body (the source of the joint pain).

I’m really glad I found your site so that we can have an honest opinion on the many, sometimes very costly, gluten free products that are on the market.
