Tinkyada /Pasta Joy Brown Rice Pasta Spirols- gluten & wheat free April 2
You know what? I just love these noodles. And at $3.29 for a 16 ounce bag, it is money well worth spending.
These noodles cook in about 15 minutes into cute loose spirals that are ideal for casseroles and Italian dishes. I usually have these noodles with a thick and hearty sauce crowded with simmered peppers, mushrooms and garlic. The noodles hold their shape well, have a mild flavor and a pleasant texture- no grittiness or pastiness here! Be careful though, even though the label has a cute bunny and says “Not Mushy!” if cooked over 15 minutes the noodles become VERY soft and really lose their appeal as well as flavor. Cooking more al dente is your best bet with these noodles.
Pros: holds shape well, great texture and flavor, natural & simple ingredients
Cons: be careful of overcooking!
Rating: 4 stars

I love this pasta also! It is perfect for my “gluten-free” son and I can usually serve it to the rest of the family without any complaints.
