Thai Kitchen Pad Tai Stir-Fry Rice Noodles

Ooo, another yummy mix that makes a great lunch or dinner.  It’s meant to serve two, but chances are you’ll like it so much you’ll want it all for yourself!

This pad tai mix requires you to add an egg, oil, chicken ( or tofu), bean sprouts, peanuts and optional garnish. I love this, because you get the convenience of a boxed item, but it tastes fresh and yummy because of what you add to it. On that note, I tried this without the chicken or sprouts . . . I wouldn’t recommend it . . . not nearly as tasty. This product is easy to make and takes very liitle time as long as you have some pre-cooked chicken on hand.

The noodles are cooked just right, not too firm and not too soggy. The beans and chicken blend well with the thai flavor, which is moderate and slightly spicy.

I purchased this for $2.89 for a 9 ounce box.

Pros: simple prep, great thai flavor

Cons: needs extra ingredients ( i.e. cooked chicken)
