I am newly diagnosed (5 days ago) with celiac and had been told that even 'good manufacturing practices' are a risk when the facility also processes wheat. I'm sure as I proceed in my journey I will be better able to gauge risk related to products. Not trying to start a "what really is gluten-free" debate or anything. :) I'm following your site in my RSS feed and I look forward to exploring all the products you have posted about in the past and future!!! :o) This is a great resource especially for newbies like me who went to the grocery store for the first time after diagnosis and got overwhelmed by all the ingredient lists, unclear labeling, etc. Yes, sorry for not being more specific. Good manufacturing practices used to segregate ingredients in the facility that also produces eggs, soy ingredients, wheat, peanuts and tree nuts."</em><strong></strong> I am extremely sensitive to gluten, and had zero gluten reaction with all three of the bags I tried.
