Karen, thanks for this soy sauce! I haven't had soy sauce in years, so I had to get used to having it again. But now I love it. I have it all the time. I love the taste. It's great!

Congrats on your anniversary! My 5-year anniversary is coming up in June. Living GF is a fabulous thing!

The San-J Tamari GF soy sauce is wonderful. As you said, it has the GF certification from the GFCG org under GIG, which means so much. (I have tried LaChoy soy sauce, which is supposably GF, but it gives me issues each time. ) A favorite recipe of our family's is to marinate 5 lbs of chicken wings in 10-oz of soy sauce overnight or up to 24 hours (no longer or they will be too salty) and then bake at 325 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours (turning over half way through baking) and broil for about 10 minutes (turning over half way through). Soooo yummy! I made them for our support group meeting recently and the kids especially enjoyed them.

I LOVE this soy sauce! It's one of the first things I bought in September when I found out about my wheat allergy. AND...some stores have it in the 'low sodium' variety! Yippee for yummy asian food!!
