It was really tasty straight out of the oven, but not as good as I had hoped the next day. My recommendation would be to eat it all the same day you make it as I really don't think it keeps well. This experience was actually what let me to this site...I wanted to see what others thought of it and if there were any other alternatives. I will probably make it again and I would also like to know if anyone has made it in the pizza crust version and what that was like.
