MAny, many thanks for exactly the website I’ve been looking for! I self-diagnosed my gluten problem in Oct. 2006, resulting in hours spent grocery shopping. I’m fortunate to live in an area with lots of GF grocery options, but it’s so easy to waste $$$.
I recently suggested to a concierge at Whole Foods (I’m not making that up!) that if she wanted to get a group of GF eaters together, topic #1 is to discuss what specific food brands are good/bad.
I’m hoping one day soon to start my own excel spreadsheet of my own likes/dislikes. I’ve been saving part of every GF food wrapper w/comments, a version of this site. Thanks again.

Welcome Susan! I am so glad you found this site - I look forward to reading your opinions and comments. That’s a great idea to save to wrappers and make notes- after a while it is easy to forget the little details when there are so many GF options out there.
