Product Review: Michael Season’s Baked Cheese Puffs (gluten free)
Posted on | March 20, 2009 | No Comments
Nope, this isn’t Deja vu! It’s another Michael Season’s baked snack product- their Baked Cheese Puffs. A few days ago I reviewed their Baked Cheese Curls, so don’t get confused!
In a nutshell, the flavor of these gluten free cheese puffs tastes exactly the same as the cheese curls, as they use the same cheddar cheese favoring and basic ingredients. The cheese is natural tasting- and looking- and will satisfy your craving for a cheesy snack with less fat than your “regular” cheese puff. The big difference between these puffs and the cheese curls is the crunch factor. The cheese puffs and light and crisp and slightly melt in the mouth. The curls however, provide satisfying crunch since they aren’t are puffed up. The difference is similar to comparing Cheetos and Cheeze Doodles.
Once again, I love that even thought his snack is cheesy and very tasty, it doesn’t stain your hands and mouth a neon orange and doesn’t have any MSG or any artificial ingredients. As a mom ,this makes me a little happier when my kids beg for some with their lunch.
Pros: Light, crisp, naturual tasting cheddar cheese
Cons: they can be addicting
