I had a dessert craving on vacation and was so excited to find a chocolate, flourless mousse in a single serving @ Whole Foods in Margate FL. I ripped it open as soon as we got to the hotel and was amazed by the flavor and the texture of this dessert! I have tried dozens of GF, wheat free desserts in the last 10 years and this one by Lean On Me did not dissapoint. It did have a slight grainy texture though. I was very impressed by the nutrition label and will be asking my local health food store to order this brand. My friend who has no food allergies bought the carrot cake after I raved so much and he even enjoyed it and said it doesn’t taste overprocessed. Awesome product!!!

I have tried numberous desserts over the ten years since my diagnosis and I must say that “Lean on Me” makes awesome products.
The Chocolate Mousse is to die for- and the cheescake very good as well

It really is hard to find a gluten-free cheesecake that tastes like the real thing, especially in texture. Cheesecake is actually not a cake at all, but is a custard. Depending on the filling ingredients, most of the gluten would be in the crust, so I think if you can find a gluten-free crust, that will be key.
