In the News: General Mills’ Gluten Free Mixes Article in the Wall Street Journal

I thought this article in the Wall Street Journal was interesting- it added insight on how the General Mills decided to pursue a gluten free line of products. I loved how one of the deciding factors was the inquiries the company received from consumers asking about which products have gluten, as well as consumers expressing thanks for making Rice Chex gluten free.
Keep those emails and calls coming to companies- Every person can make a difference! I just wish I could find a local store that carries them . . . I am dying to see if they are as good as I hope they are!

Love the new Chex cereals – I really miss a good old fashioned sugared cereal once in a while – and the Cinnamon Chex hit the spot. Kids will love them. The honey-nut Chex are great, too.

my bf has been searching for a good GF cereal that actually tastes good, and now that Chex makes GF versions he’s so happy – we picked up a box of the Cinnamon Chex and it’s almost like eating Cinnamon Toast Crunch!
