Ooo, that would be just yummy! Unfortunately for me, I can’t find the progresso mushroom soup anymore in my area. if you figure out how to recreate the fried onions, I hope you will share your secret with us.

I believe that Progresso’s Cream of Mushroom soup is also GF. If I figure out how to make fried, pseudo-breaded onion rings, I can once again make the traditional green bean/onion casserole.

We like the creamy tomato soup variety of the Imagine soups but have not tried the mushroom.
