I had this in my hands the last time I was at Whole Foods. I didn't buy it because a friend had just given me a boat load of gluten free pastas, so I felt like I couldn't justify the expense! I'm so picky about my mac n' cheese, homemade is just better! :D Thanks for the review, I'll know that I'm justified in resisting temptation to take the easy road out!
