Somehow all the glutenoids got into my cake and scarfed it down (luckily I had cut ours already) and everyone asked for the recipe. This cake is that good! I added a 1/2 cup of unsweetened natural applesauce for extra moistness. It's one of the best spice cakes I've ever had and many of my holiday party guests (all gluten eaters) said the same thing. My aunt got it for me at a Wholefoods and she made the spiced cake (I thnk that is what it is called it is the recipe with molasses) which is delicious. It is nice and moist. For Christmas I made the ginger cookies and made gingerbread from them. They were delicious! My family and I polished them off before New Years! I love this mix.
