And I tried a Belgian gluten free beer at The Risotteria in NYC, (I consider it a GF Palace!) that was to die for. It was Green's Brewery Belgian Amber Ale. Glutino pretzels are the best. They are okay out of the bag but I put them on a tray in the oven at 350° for 7 minutes and they get all toasty on the outside and soft and melty in the middle YUM!
