Gluten Free Expo Coming to Utah

Guess where I am going to be next Saturday?

I am so excited for this event coming to the Expo Center in Sandy, Utah. It promises to have multiple cooking demonstrations; one of those demonstrators is Christina Davis, the author of Irresistibly Gluten Free
who will demonstrate how to make gluten free donuts and gluten free waffles. The expo also boasts tasty samples, dozens of gluten free vendors, children’s activities in the “SillyActs Corner”, and a presentation by Dr. Uma Karnam aka ” The Gut Whisperer.”

Beginning at 9 am, a FREE gluten free pancake breakfast will be provided by Walden Farms and the new Gluten-Free Bisquick. I am sure it will be delicious!

Just devastated I did not know about this.
I’ve waited 2 years for something like this to be close enough to attend.

Awesome … volunteered for set-up today, should be quite the event and set a standard for years to come. Thanks to all those who planned and organized such a great opportunity for Salt Lake City GF people.

All of the signs I have seen sticking in the ground say this is taking place on Saturday, Oct.13,2012. Please tell me I have not missed it when I have been planning it with friends for over a month!
