February Gluten Free Bread Give-Away Winner!

Hooray Michelle! You are this month’s winner with the following comment:
“The bread mix that I use that is soooo yummy is the Pamela’s mix. BUT I spice it up. I add pecarino or romano cheese and rosemary that I grew in the backyard and a bit of roasted garlic. It is fantastic! The smell that fills your kitchen is unreal.”
Please email me at glutenfreefoodreviews[at]gmail[dot]com with your address and your bread mixes will be on their way!
Our next gluten free product give-away will be March 1st to kick off the new theme of the month!

OOps, confused, I looked back and thought it was me, but we seem to have two Michelle’s. It is my comment that is quoted, but a different Michelle that responded.
Let me know if I was jumping the gun when I thought it was me, I will move on over and let the other Michelle celebrate her victories!

The best bread that my Celiac family enjoys is Kinniknick - especially the cheese bread - toasted of course!

What’s the theme for the March 1 contest?

I’d like to request that you review a product that is new to me (just learned of it) and new to the world last October (’07). The brand name is Rustic Crust, and it is a frozen readymade pizza crust. This company has offered a number of wheat-crust pizza options since 2005 and just launched the GF crust last year. I’m eager to try it (the description sounds good, anyway) and hope to read a review. Love your site!

Hey Peggy, that sounds great! I will research this crust and try it out. Thank for the suggestion!
And check back on March 1st to see what the March give-away is!

I am from St. Louis, Missouri and am looking for Kinniknick gluten free crispy chicken coating mix. I used to be able to purchase it at the Dierberg’s store in my area, but now they no longer carry it and cannot find it anywhere. I am intollarant of wheat gluten and used to rely on this mix alot. Please let me know if anyone can be of assistance. Thank you
