		<description>I didn't like that ingredient list. I try to use commerical products that don't have a ton of ingredients I am clueless about. An easy way to make GF chicken tenders is just to use potato chips. Use any GF potato chips (like regular Lays or Utz). Mash them into crumbs in a ziploc bag with your rolling pin or something similar. Add any seasoning you want. I usually add a little black pepper. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and just dip into potato chip crumbs. Place on greased pan (I use Pam). Bake like you normally would. About 400 degrees for 20 minutes is usually good. I make these for our family and for our parties. We always have potato chips on hand and chicken breasts in the freezer so it's easy to bake up a batch.</description>

		<description>The chicken tenders did turn out very nicely.  My kids love to eat chicken tenders.

It's interesting to see the ingredients to the Ener G bread too...several things I haven't seen before...Glucono Delta Lactone and Nulomoline.
