Crunchy Peanut Butter Cookies – Gluten Free

1 cup GF natural peanut butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chocolate chips
1 t baking soda
1 t GF vanilla
1 egg
drop spoonfuls onto parchment lined baking sheets
350 degree oven, bake 12 minutes, cool on cookie sheet 5 min, then move to wire rack. Enjoy!
