My local Heb grocery is carrying the flounder,shrimp and haddock.I have now bought 6 boxes of the flounder in four weeks. Do I need to say more? I love the taste in the oven and also fried. To be able to eat fish safely since I have other food allergies besides Celiac is great. I just need to be able to get the Cod, and the fish sticks.

I made the yellow cake recipe that was described in the first comment and it was wonderful. I made a sweet little 2 layer cake with raspberry jam in the middle for my sister in law’s wedding reception. All gluten and not gluten in attendance thought it was the best gluten free cake they had ever had. I highly recommend the doctored version in the first comment for any occasion. It remained moist until it was gone…the next day

I bought the p.butter one for my granddaughter since she is a celiac & I try anything I thought she would like–she loves it and does not eat her other cereals. I keep wathing all stores for it.

I love the regular as pizza bread with some herbs and cheese it makes a great crust even the bread mix. Have not tried this.

Exciting news! Tyson now makes a GF nugget and tender! Found just today at a local Wal-mart (in upstate NY) Can’t find any info about it online yet-possibly a test release? But I got a bag for 5$ (18oz) and I can’t wait to try them.

They were in the frozen entree section, I think under “Healthy Entrees” and the bag was green as opposed to the usual red color.

I really like Rise Protein bars, my favorite one is the Raspberry Pomegranate. There is something about this one that gives me even more energy than the rest.

I have made the yellow cake mix into a jello poke cake. So far I have tried strawberry and lemon. Both turned out moist and yummy.

Hi, I’m new to being Gf, literally on day 8. But I wanted to say that I tried udi’s whole grain bagel (not exactly the same one you reviewed but close) and I found that I really liked it. Yes, it did dry out a bit, but the flavor was mild and the texture was similar to a “real” bagel. Some of the stuff I’ve been eating has been really grainy or basically falls apart but I liked this one.

Thank you for all the work you’re doing reviewing products, it makes wading through these products much easier.
