I found it to be cloying sweet for my tastes. Like eating pure sugar. Perhaps they have changed the mix since I tried it, but I don't even want to think about eating it again. My local farmer's market/health food store has just started carrying the HM gluten free products and I had been on the fence about buying it (not a huge fan of bean based breads or really ANY bean based baked goods) but the price of $2.89 was just too cheap to pass by. I'm going to make mine in the morning, and I am actually hopeful. I'll likely still make most of my GF items from scratch, but if this works HALF as well as you say - it will be amazing to have a cheap/quick option to keep on hand for the days I don't want to start a recipe that begins with "Drag out the grain mill and mill 7 different grains" and ends 4 hours later with a loaf of okay bread.
