Chocolate Chip Cookies- Pamela’s gluten-free recipe
1/2 cup butter
1 large egg
1 1/2 cups Pamela’s Baking & Pancake mix
1 tsp. GF vanilla
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 c. mini chocolate chips
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
Cream butter and sugar, add egg and vanilla. beat together. Add Pamela’s mix, chocolate chips, and nuts. Place 1 tbsp. spoonfuls on a greased cookie sheet. Flatten. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. let cookies cook slightly on cookie sheet. yields; 20 cookies
