For vanilla, I use the vanilla powder made by Authentic Foods. If you check out the review in the "my Favorites" category, or in the "Baking Ingredients" category, you'll find links to online vendors if it is not sold in your area. IMO, it is far superior to any vanilla I have ever used- gluten free or not. I use it for all my baking now! Good luck with the Texas sheet cake- sounds really yummy!</description>

I think I'll save my $5 and buy a big bag of powdered sugar instead.  Where do you get vanilla powder for flavoring?  Do you know?  I've heard it's better tasting vanilla extract... :D true???
