We have been trying to find a way to just bake regular bread for our work lunch sandwiches that doesn't crumble by the time lunch comes. Not sure, maybe it's our poor baking skills :P It seems that gluten free breads do not last at all unless frozen, we miss having a loaf of bread last the week :( Don't miss our free cookbooks contest!
