Try the Glutino frozen crusts again....but use this method to cook it-

Thaw the crust
In a cast iron or heavy non stick pan, put a little olive oil or butter
cook on med high, add the crust top side down and press...cook a minute or so till golden.
Flip over and press down on the crust to brown it and crisp it.
add toppings, cover, cook on low till cheese melts
Remove from heat and let sit for a few minutes.
This way, the crust is chewy and crisp. My favorite topping is mozza and asiago cheese, thin slice tomato, fresh basil and sliced chicken.
It was excellent!

Great idea! I have heard promising things about their pizza crusts as well. I'll put that on my "to review" list. Thanks for the suggestion Susan!

Try Chebe's ready made pizza crusts (frozen)--they're delish. I like Chebe's bread mixes, & assume they'd also be good for pizza crusts.

Welcome Natalie! You may want to start off at your local grocery store's natural/organic foods sections. I have found many GF items tucked away in these areas, it just may take some time to find them. Also, Amazon.com is great of you have a GF item you like, you can buy it in bulk for a discount (i.e. Pamela's products, for example.) I also have sites listed on the "Where can I buy . . ." page.

Good luck, and please post your opinions to any products on my site you have tried. The more the merrier!

Hey Karen,

I found your blog today! I enjoyed it. I recently moved to Raleigh and I am having trouble finding as many gluten free products at my local Whole Foods. I am trying to source and price online sources for gf foods. Any tips? Your site gives me a great starting point for what to go look for. I hate to waste money on bad products!
Thanks,
Natalie
