I love the homemade fat-free french bread that Bette Haggman had in one of her older cookbooks. It is easy, fat-free, and tastes wonderful. The first time that I cooked it, my husband (who by the way is not a celiac), loved the bread. I had to hide it to get a piece for myself. Thanks for you website and I look forward to seeing each of your GF Food Reviews.

Our favorite GF food is Trader Joe's Brownie Mix. We also like Trader Joe's
pancake mix - we make it in the crock-pot- comes out like a cake. In fact it
was what I made for my daughters Birthday- at her request. :) We are still
learning and have lots of things we still need to try. I love your site-it was one of the 1st one's I signed up for. Thanks, Eileen

There's a cute little bakery in Pittsburgh called "Gluuteny" that makes all kinds of heavenly gluten free baked goods. Their pumpkin tarts, with a moist pumpkin filling, a perfectly crisped shell, and a pretty powdered sugar dusting, are my favorite gluten free baked good (and perhaps baked good period) of all time.

I've been GF all my life, so I cannot compare it to "real" cakes, but my favorite ready-made cake is Dr. Schar's Fantasia cake. This used to be available in the USA through various websites, but sadly it isn't anymore...

This looks like a great product, have you tried Barkat cookies, vanilla, lemon or chocolate cream wafers, made from potato flour and soy oil! One of the few cookies I can eat premade on a gluten, dairy, egg and soy free diet! They are delicious!

I usually bake my own goodies. Lately, I've made the brownies from Gluten Free Steve several times(http://glutenfreesteve.wordpress.com/2008/06/05/brownies-great-recipe/). They are great for my GF and GF/CF friends and the recipe makes just the right amount.

I guess my favorite GF products are actually white rice flour from the Asian market (more finely ground than most) and Argo cornstarch. I use a combo of these two as my GF flour. Much less costly and I make 5 lbs at a time. While I don't tend to buy very many GF products, my support group members do, so I would pass on any prizes to them (perhaps via another drawing ... the gift that keeps on giving LOL).

Oh My!! There are so many. Glutenfreemommy's black bottom cupcakes are right up there! King Arthur's zesty cornbread recipe subbed with Pamela's baking mix is also yummy. I also have a pizza crust recipe that I make at least once a week to top lots of different ways...vidalia onions caramelized with cheese is soo good. Thanks for all the reviews that you do. It helps to read them efore buying the products.
