Another nice gluten free pasta product! And it’s made in Italy!
This pasta is made with rice, potato and soy, which gives it a slightly different flavor than your standard rice noodle option. To me, I could almost forget it was gluten free! The texture was like a traditional spaghetti and wasn’t too heavy or sticky. I cooked it al dente and paired it with a spicy red peper pasta sauce and topped it with some parmesan. The noodles held their shape nicely, although the sauce didn’t really “stick” – I had to work to get pasta on my noodles before the fork made it’s way to my mouth. Overall, a small nuisance, but something to consider.
Pros: Good flavor, nice texure, cooks al dente well
Cons: Needs a chunky sauce, tends to be “slippery”
