The pasta has cooked w/ in a reasonable time for us (10 mins or so), al dente, holds sauce really well and taste as wonderful as its counter-part spaghetti. It also reheats really well w/out compromising texture, which far too often happens w/ day old leftovers from brown rice pasta.
