[...] Since my diagnosis just over two years ago, I am amazed at how much more awareness and information is available today for those that either have the disease, or know someone who does. And chances are, you do know someone that has it, because 1 in 133 have Celiac Disease. Surprisingly, since there are hundreds of possible symptoms (or even no obvious symptoms at all) it may be a difficult disease to diagnose. That was definitely what happened to me ( click here for my story). [...]

Hi Karen,

I just found your site for the first time. My company is hosting a two-day gluten free cooking conference in Chicago this September. Besides the chef presentations, we are also having a vendor fair. After reading your site, I will be inviting a few new vendors that I had not heard of before. Thanks! I look forward to reading more of your reviews. If you or your readers are interested in coming to Chicago - our website is www.glutenfreeclasses.com Thanks again! Jen Cafferty (Mom of two celiacs, married to a celiac, and a I am a celiac!)

Hello. First of all I would like to give you a big Thank You. I am new to your site and now create my shopping list according to your recommendations. I also have spent way to much money on products that look great but taste like pencil shavings. I would like to know if you have ever tried Gillian's Foods - Bread Crumbs. Southern Style corn flake crumbs are not available in my area. Again, Thank you for all you do.

Hi Karen,

My name is Roni. I own www.YourDinnerSecret.com. We ship frozen entrees, sides and baked goods all over the country. Everything is made with organic produce and meat free of hormones, antibiotics and steroids. But best of all...all of our food is gluten free, casein free and a lot of it is soy free too.

Would love for you to check out my site.

Keep up the good work.

I found your blog today. What a great site. My daughter has been out of control and I think she ADHD. My older son also has ADHD. I put my daughter on a gluten free diet. I have seen big changes. I love that you have pictures of the products.
