Hello. First of all I would like to give you a big Thank You. I am new to your site and now create my shopping list according to your recommendations. I also have spent way to much money on products that look great but taste like pencil shavings. I would like to know if you have ever tried Gillian’s Foods – Bread Crumbs. Southern Style corn flake crumbs are not available in my area. Again, Thank you for all you do.

I found your blog today. What a great site. My daughter has been out of control and I think she ADHD. My older son also has ADHD. I put my daughter on a gluten free diet. I have seen big changes. I love that you have pictures of the products.
