To celebrate a gluten free valentines day, I am offering three free gifts you may keep for yourself, or give to your Valentine!  They are all awesome and yummy, and I hope you enjoy them!  They are all featured on my Valentines day post- click HERE to refresh your memory.

Gift #1:  euforia Cadeau gift set

The winner of this gift receive a cadeau (“gift” in Indonesian-Dutch) from euforia featuring their thousand layer cakes and a package of Keemun tea.

.

euforia cakes are artisinal, all-natural thousand layer cakes that come in two primary flavors – spice cake and vanilla. euforia’s thousand-layer cakes are a Dutch-Indonesian delicacy created by Kartika Castonguay, who grew up eating them during her family’s traditional holidays in Jakarta. Kartika continues to bake them with her mother’s classic recipe of simple ingredients: eggs, butter, sugar, milk, salt, and fragrant spices or vanilla.

Each cadeau contains eight individually wrapped thousand layer cakes in your choice of vanilla or spice and a package of Keemun tea. Thanks for this cadeau donation euforia!

Gift #2: Lucy’s Cookies

The winner of this gift will receive 3 boxes of Lucy’s cookies – chocolate, ginger snap and maple bliss.

These all natural cookies are crisp and flavorful and are vegan, milk, nut and egg free as well. Thanks for this gift donation Lucy’s!

Gift #3: Chocolove chocolate bars

The winner of this gift will receive four bars of Chocolove chocolate: raspberries in dark chocolate, milk chocolate, cherries and almonds in  dark chocolate, and my personal favorite, almonds and sea salt in dark chocolate.

My Valentine is my husband of 16 years, who I recently discovered shouldn’t have gluten in his diet. We’ve always wondered why eating certain foods triggered asthma attacks. After getting fed up with all the trips to the ER and the “maintenance” meds, we decided to strike out on our own for a more wholistic approach to battling the asthma. We found out that gluten based products not only triggered his asthma but also caused inflammation in the body (the source of the joint pain).

I’m really glad I found your site so that we can have an honest opinion on the many, sometimes very costly, gluten free products that are on the market.

My valentine is my honey of a husband, who makes me laugh almost every day. (Something inside me shrivels up every time he’s away on business travel.:) If I win one of these gifts, though, it will go to a real valentine of a friend, who is turning 83 years young at that time.
